overcome from stress /downfall

Two years ago I wrote this poem.on that day i was feeling very low and worried about my future...many type of questions were coming in my mind..like what's going on my life? Why I am not getting job  .After full year preparation of civil service exams?
It happens with every jobless graduate student๐Ÿค” specially with the civil service aspirants..
But then I boost myself that u can do just believe urself and go with the flow don't get distracted..there will be many challenges comes between u and ur success. Whenever I feel low I used to think like this and boost myself..that's what I want u to tell ..that...life is  full of up and downs ..don't get overconfident when u r on up and don't get very low when u r down...life gives u many challenges in ur life..there will be many barriers will come between u and ur aim .like family problems, personal problems, love failure, trust issues, mind distraction etc... u have to challenged the challenges and get ur aim.
When u feel down...listen some music, some video clips, talk to someone, write some poems, sing some songs do the things who makes u happy...this kind of things help u to overcome from the stress.
